Luckily enough I was able to get onto the Michael Beckwith conference this past week. Many who were on the call were upset by the 'ping-pong' noises in the back ground as some people jumped off the line & yet others forgot to mute their phones causes many noises.
I think whomever was to be there was. And whomever was to hear the message did.
He is such a fantastic speaker. You may recall him as the Agape Minister from The Secret.
There was much talk about meditation. And one of the things that stood out for me was the idea of going through life with a beginners mind.
I often say this when we are on the mat. Come to it with a beginners mind. Regardless of where we are, we can always learn more; be it yoga, meditation or even our profession.
So today, come to life with a childlike mind (not childish...as Michael reminded us) and allow the wonder and awe of it all to glimmer through!
