I'm reading a Sahaja Yoga class manual which is very interesting. Most of it has to do with meditation. However, it has a series of 'rites' which are basically isometric exercises. They are meant to balance the chakras. The first rite is said to make the chakras (energy centers) spin in the same way they did when you were 25ish. It is said that as we reach middle age the centers go out of whack...spinning either too quickly or sluggishly due to our life lessons.
In the first right you spin to your right until the point of slight dizziness with the arms in a T position parallel to the floor.
Let's all spin out and make ourselves younger!
