Panic and anxiety

So many people suffer from panic and anxiety

One of the largest things I see all the time from those who are suffering is
they are not breathing.

Like right now.....are you taking a deep breathe? Or is the breathe shallow
and only into the upper lungs.

Take a deep breathe!

The mind follows the breathe, so if you are breathing deeply you will almost
instantly remove your panic and anxiety!

Use the complete yoga breathe

Inhale and fill up the abdomen, chest and collarbone with breathe.
Then exhale and collapse - collarbone first then the chest and finally the abdomen.

Breathe and relax!
