Happy to be Home

It's definitely been a zany week for most in Southwestern Ontario.  The ice storm caused so many trees to fall and forced time to unplug.  That was the best part of it for me - I enjoyed not having TV, internet or phones.  The family played cards by candle light and just hung out together.   

We were lucky to return home to find our power on and the roads clear for the travel time.

Over the past few days I've truly realized how many things most (including myself) take for granted. 

We forget how blessed we are.

To those who won't have hydro for the holiday season I wish you warmth!

So much love to all and remember how blessed you really are.

I didn't mind no tv, internet or phones, but I would have liked hydro! LOL! Happy Ho Ho ;o)
