Happy 2015

2015

I'm still freaked out every time I say those numbers.  Today I left someone a message and for the first time this year and stumbled over saying January 2nd ... LOL

It feels like 2000 was about 10 minutes ago.

Today I finished my Vision Board for 2015.
I'm not sure how you make yours but I use Microsoft Publisher and then go to google images and look for pictures that represent what I'd like to see create in my world.  Then I copy and paste them onto some photo paper and put it in our bedroom.

It's nice because its the first thing I see when I wake up.

This years has many little words phrases of "Thank you" all over it.  I am so very grateful and blessed to live this life and I want to remember this more often.

Ok, now I'm finished with the vision board, my first blog post is complete so now its off to finish tiding and then to script this year.. now that I have the images of what I'd like to have happen now I'll write the story of it all!  Works wonders.

Have a great week!

I am wishing for you a wonder-filled 2015 with continued blessings, joy, health and peace.

Namaste,
Tammy

Gratitude and gifts

I think I have the best students on the planet!
I was in tears when I read this one:

"I believe that there are folks on this earthly plane that are "recent travellers" and hold
many angel-like qualities, and you, my friend, are one of them.
Thank you for teaching both me and my mom to be more relaxed, balanced
and grateful in this life. Thank you for your "present-s" each and
every week. It means a lot to us."

Isn't that awesome?

I just finished doing a kundalini class to open the heart chakra and after reading this I think it burst open even more fully.

I'm so grateful for my students - they are aum-azing!  And I am so blessed.
Much love,
Tam

PS. Here are some Christmas Presents if you wish I made a youtube video about how to make a really cool snowflake (I'll embed that one here) and via this link:

there are some gift tags you can print for free from some artwork I created.  Enjoy!

The Alkaline Myth & Hype- The Acid-Alkaline Truth Exposed

A little more serious of a post for today - but I really believe people need to watch this!

A store around my town is currently selling Alkaline water which some of my students are drinking.
It's really important that we educate ourselves before we 'buy' into some of the commercial products
available.

Our health is our first wealth - be good to yourself and keep in mind all things in balance.
Sending you much love & healing,
Tam

PS.  Enjoy the Civic long weekend if you are in Ontario!

Cancellations

Sorry about the cancelled classes today. By 9:30 this morning, I had already received the calls to cancel. I did venture out and the main roads we not all that bad. However, the side streets were still very slippery. Especially with the continued freezing rain it was most likely best we all stayed at home and enjoyed more time with our families, or created space for other things.

I personally found an amazing free ebook. The 5 minute facelift. This book which you can download to your computer is an excellent little resource and shows facial exercises you can use. I'm not sure it will prevent aging, but it definitely works, I've tried one of the techniques already and my throat muscles are feeling things they haven't in years. That's only with one day of trying! You can find the book here at: http://www.edensong.com/ebookshealth.htm

ps. The owner also offers other free ebooks on health and healing. So far, they look good.

Fiddlesticks

I was over to the Kaboose store on Hespeler Rd. the other day looking for a natural health supplement that I currently take. The woman who was working told me the product would not be there. A conversation ensued regarding the sale of Kaboose. It turns out Fiddlesticks, a health store from the Waterloo & Guelph areas will be taking the store over. Although I was a tad sad about not being able to get my favourite sports drink from Kaboose, I am happy to be able to get the supplement I'm looking for.

It's such a time of growth when we need to shift gears, careers, close or open a business. Any change can be challenging unless we are open to receive the blessings. Saying that.... I wish the past owner the best of luck in his new venture and the new owners the same. May they both be fully supported by those who surround them and are able to receive exactly what they need, when they need it.

If you're looking for new product come the end of the month, head over the Blockbuster/Winter's Plaza on Hespeler and check out the new Fiddlesticks store! I know I will be.
